Like all TEDx events, TEDxChichester need volunteers to bring the events alive. As this is a brand new Tedx we need passion and some time commitment to get this exciting venture off the ground.

Volunteering opportunities range from being part of the core team and dedicating time every week, to being a volunteer on the day of the event.

We are brand new and shiny as a Tedx event and as such still building the team and looking for: 

Executive producer: 

Executive producer will lead all production and planning for the day of the event. They oversee all the roles happening on the day of the event  in reation to content production, stage management, technology and video. 

Event manager:

manges most of the event’s day of logistics, and is responsible for creating a TEDx experience for all who attend. They serve as the contact with staff, manage day of event activities outside of the main stage, and are in charge of ticketing and registration. 

Sponsorships and budgets manager:

Responsible for raising money from sponsors for event expenses, and managing the event’s finances. Would be someone who has experience with fundraising and development. 


This would be someone with experience in design, to help create the event logo, website, branding maaterial and other aesthetic components of the events. 

Communications, editorial and marketing director: 

Someone who can create and manage a strong online presence for the events including website content, blog and social media. Plus other marketing and promoting of the events. 

Video and production lead: 

This important task of overseeing the video and production of the event – from managing audio and video needs, camera operators and the livestream of events. 

Plus Volunteers to support events, admin and all the many taks that go into making a TEDx talk.
